Where Can We See Heritage Sheep?



Throughout the year, there are a variety of Agricultural Shows, Field Days and Events where the breeds of Heritage sheep may compete or be on display. The Main ones would be the Australian Sheep and Wool Show, held in Bendigo, Victoria, every July, and the Royal Agricultural Show in your State.

Your local Agricultural Shows are also worth checking out, for sheep, fleece and all sorts of interesting farm animals, crafts and ideas. Our Heritage breeds are generally rare, so it is unusual to find all breeds at any Show except the Australian Sheep & Wool Show.
